Why we quote instead of publishing a price
We do not list set prices because the same pest is a different job at different addresses. The size of the home and the size of the job are the two things that move a quote most, and neither is something we can guess from a web page. A published number would be wrong often enough to be worse than no number at all.
So we quote the property. It takes a short conversation, it costs nothing, and you hear the figure before anyone does any work.
The four things that decide your number
1. Square footage and the size of the job
This is the big one. A larger home means more perimeter to treat, more interior to cover, and more places for a population to sit. Square footage sets the baseline before anything about the pest is considered.
2. Which pest, and how established it is
A wasp nest on an eave is one visit. A German roach population that has been building behind a dishwasher for a year is not. The species changes the method, and how long it has been going changes how many visits it takes to finish. That is why we ask what you are seeing and how long you have seen it.
3. Your lot and how the house is built
A screened lanai, a crawl space, an attic that is hard to reach, an acre of yard, a canal seawall, or a preserve edge behind the fence all change how much ground a technician actually covers. Two houses with the same square footage can be different jobs because of what surrounds them.
4. One time or recurring
A single treatment and an ongoing plan are priced differently. Which one makes sense depends on the pest. Some problems are genuinely finished in one visit. Others, in a climate with no off season, come back unless something keeps holding the line. We will tell you plainly which one you are looking at.

- Why is there no price list on this page?
- Because the number depends on the property. Square footage and the overall size of the job are the biggest drivers, and a 1,200 square foot townhome and a 3,500 square foot house on an acre are not the same job even when the pest is identical. A published price would be right for one of them and wrong for the other. We would rather quote your address than average it.
- What do I need to tell you to get a quote?
- Roughly how big the home is, what you are seeing, and where you are seeing it. That is usually enough to give you a real number. If the situation needs a look first, we will say so rather than guess.
- Does it cost anything to find out?
- No. An estimate costs nothing, and you hear the number before any work starts.
- Do you charge more to come out to my part of the service area?
- No. We work the whole tri-county area from one office in Odessa, and no part of it is billed as a trip charge or treated as the far end of the map.
