We choose products with children and pets in mind. Everything we apply is EPA registered and applied according to its label, and we treat the exterior of your home first to keep pests from getting inside. Interior treatments only happen when there is an active pest issue, and your technician will tell you if a treated area needs time to dry before kids or pets use it.
No, you don’t need to be home. We conduct an initial interior inspection and treatment, but regular preventative services focus on the exterior to create a barrier against pests. Interior treatments are only required if pests are spotted inside.
These are American roaches (palmetto bugs) that live in sewer systems and come up through plumbing when conditions push them out, usually flooding rain or a long hot, dry stretch. While we can’t treat drains directly, our cockroach control treats the places they enter and hide, which is what stops the sightings. Contact us and we’ll find where they’re getting in.

We specialize in structural pest control and do not offer termite services. However, we can refer you to a termite company we work with.

Treatment frequency depends on the pest and how heavy the activity is. Most plans are quarterly, but heavier activity can call for monthly or every other month visits.
It depends on the pest. Some treatments knock down activity within days, while baits and flea treatments take longer because they have to work through the colony or the life cycle. It’s also normal to see more activity in the first few days after an initial treatment as pests get flushed out of hiding. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe during your initial assessment.
